Who am I?

My name is Chantal Dehaye, and since December 2023 I have been a graduate of the Belgian School of Fundamental Sophrology and Relaxation. I offer you a method of guidance that will give you the tools to live a calmer life and to fully realize yourself!

After studying business and financial sciences and working for nearly 20 years as a consultant in press and public relations in the luxury sector, my path was suddenly disrupted. What could have been a simple car accident turned into a long battle to try to recover my former life. I was determined to get my job back and everything that defined my life at that time, even though my body was clearly in a state of post-traumatic stress. But what do you do when your body no longer follows? What do you do when things suddenly don’t go as planned?

After consulting many specialists, I was fortunate to meet an exceptional psychiatrist who introduced me to meditation. The change was remarkable — my life once again seemed meaningful. Little by little, I shifted from survival mode back into living mode. I then became interested in other stress management practices, and especially in breathing and its unsuspected power. This led me to enroll in a two-year training program at the Belgian School of Fundamental Sophrology and Relaxation. What I discovered there went far beyond my expectations.

With time and practice, I gradually gained serenity and found in these alternative therapies what truly healed me. I was able to definitively turn the page on my old life and reconnect with my aspirations, at peace with who I am today. Sophrology has given me a new life, and I am eager to share my experience with you.
